LED Clusters
or Arrays

The LED Clusters
are set into plastic disks to eliminate the need for electrical insulation. There are no exposed circuitry.
Connection is easy and simple to an existing 12v DC system, or through the use of our transformer/adapter
that plug in to a wall outlet. Arrays or clusters, range from 4 LEDs on up to
48 LEDs as standard in-stock assemblies. Optional sizes range from 64 to 180 LEDs
by Special Request.
Specs:
Standard LED clusters are made with 20 degree
18,000mcd White LEDs - click on link to see specs. 22 gauge,
7 inch long leads - red (+) and white (-). Encapsulated for water resistance - NOT waterproof.

When installing fixtures, arrays, strips, clusters or any LED product which have a total of 6 or more standard 5mm LEDs, always use a Regulated Transformer, and a dimmer even if you will not use the dimming function. The dimmer contains a PWM/pulse width modulation component which will allow maximum life of the LEDs. See What Is... for the definition of PWM. Both components activate Your Warranty for 1 year. And, if you install more than 6 fixtures with 12 or more LEDs on one circuit, follow this wiring diagram. |

4LIR - 4 LED cluster - 7/8" dia x 3/4" overall height - Power usage 20ma @12-12.5vdc
- - White, Red, Green, Blue, or Amber. Light is prefocused. At 12" high, it produces
a 7" circle with some peripheral light. Water resistant.

| The larger clusters below require
use of the Dimmer UPC #16800 between the power supply and the LED Clusters. It does not matter if a dimmer is wanted or not. The dimmer uses a pulse width modulator that must be running at all times to ensure maximum LED life. W/O the dimmer/PWM, the LEDs will die sooner than expected. Channel
LED Modules
can be use in a wide variety of lighting applications besides Channel Letter Lighting.
The LED Modules are powered with 12vdc through a transformer, and consume only
30mA per module. The modules perform very well in hostile environment such as
extreme high and low temperatures and are waterproof to 30'. Click

Power
LED Light Bulbs
are a unique product. It is a light bulb but is hardwired to your 12vdc system.
You can call it a fixture and that would be right too. Whatever it is called,
it is a great product that produces excellent light color, radiation pattern and
is simple to install. No driver, no resistor is required as the components to
run on 12vdc are built in. If you do not have a 12vdc system, a 110/120vac
to 12v DC transformer /converter is required. Go
